NOCTI collaborates with several organizations in offering certificate programs, curriculum, and other resources for the Career and Technical
Education community. Details for each program are provided below!

American Careers
Our collaboration with American Careers focuses on their Business Planner Program. NOCTI offers formative assessments as part of this secondary program.
American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACF)
NOCTI has partnered with ACF on the development and delivery of two student-level certifications: Culinary Arts and Retail Commercial Baking. To learn more about certification options for your students, click here.
American Medical Certification Association (AMCA)
NOCTI has partnered with AMCA on their Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) exam. Any student meeting the benchmark on NOCTI's Medical Assisting assessment will be eligible to take the CMAC exam. Click here for more details!
A*S*K Business Institute
NOCTI provides delivery services for four ASK certification assessments including Fundamental Business Concepts, Fundamental Marketing Concepts, Entrepreneurship/Management, and Finance. To learn more, click here.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
For the 2013-14 school year, NOCTI will be offering an option for customers to purchase the ASE exams. ASE has also provided support statements for NOCTI's automotive-related assessments. The two organizations are in discussions about other potential collaboration opportunities. Click here to learn more!
CTEDDI
CTEDDI is the result of a three-year research project focused on strategies for making effective use of the assessment data available to educators. Click here to learn more about this professional development program!
Education Associates (EAI)
NOCTI has collaborated with EAI on their Employability and Career Development system which includes multi-media curriculum and an assessment aligned to the Foundation knowledge and skill statements of the States' Career Clusters Initiative. To learn more about this program, click here.
Electronics Technicians Association (ETA)
ETA partnered with NOCTI to develop a pre-certification exam for its Small Wind Installer program. Click here to learn more!
Green Education Foundation Institute (GEFI)
NOCTI has collaborated with GEF Institute to deliver the Sustainability 101 Certification Program. GEF will issue a certification to students successfully meeting the established benchmark. The program consists of a pre-test, a post-test, and a 15-hour self-paced course. Academic credit is also available to students. Learn more about this program by clicking here!
Home Builder’s Institute/National Association of Home Builders (HBI/NAHB) RCA Series
NOCTI is proud to be the delivery partner for the HBI/NAHB RCA Series Student Certification Assessments. Current titles include Carpentry, Facilities Maintenance, House Wiring, HVAC, Plumbing and Principles of Constriction.  Learn more about this program by clicking here!
Home Builder's Institute Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT)
PACT assessments provide instructors, students and employers a verification of the skills attained in the HBI PACT training program. Click here here to for details of this program! 
Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC)
NOCTI delivers the assessments for MSSC's Certified Production Technician and Certified Logistics Associate/Certified Logistics Technician Certification programs. These tests are available to secondary, post-secondary, and industry. Click here to learn more!
MBAResearch & Curriculum Center
MBAResearch offers three- and four-credit program of study assessments through NOCTI related to Finance, Marketing and Business Management and Administration. Click here to for details of this program!
Opportunity Inc (Opp Inc.)
NOCTI and Opportunity Inc. have partnered to offer a comprehensive curriculum aligned to the 13 skill areas covered in NOCTI's 21st Century Skills for Workplace Success assessment. The Opportunity Inc. curriculum is research-based and covers the same standards and competencies measured on the 21st Century Skills assessment. Click here to learn more!
Pennsylvania Builder's Association (PBA)
PBA offers a Skills Certificate to students graduating from Pennsylvania secondary trade programs in PBA-endorsed schools. Click here to learn more details!
Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC)
NOCTI collaborated with PHCC to offer four certification assessments related to Plumbing. Click here for program details!
Virtual Enterprises (VEI)
VEI is an in-school entrepreneurship program and global business simulation that draws on the European tradition of apprenticeships, transforming students into business executives and classrooms into office settings. VEI collaborated with NOCTI to create an assessment whereby students meeting the benchmark can earn a certificate issued by VEI. Click here to learn more!
