ACF Certification Assessment
The American Culinary Federation (ACF) has represented cooks, bakers and culinary professionals in the United States since 1929. The ACF has a long tradition of ensuring quality education for the culinary arts and foodservice professions.
NOCTI serves as the assessment provider for the ACF Certification Assessments that are available to all ACF-certified schools. Participants passing the assessments are eligible for certification through ACF. The certification exams that are currently offered are listed below. The American Culinary Federation (ACF) offers a certification for graduates of the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) Secondary Certified programs. Students are able to obtain a certification if they meet the requirements listed on the ACF Certification Brochure.
