Welcome to NOCTI’s Online Order System

NOCTI is pleased to offer the convenience of online ordering. This new online process allows Site Coordinators to complete order forms and submit them to NOCTI electronically. You make also print a blank order form and use as reference or complete and fax to NOCTI at 1-231-796-4699. Please review the instructions below for important information.  Instructions for Assessment Orders

Requirements:

  1. Completed signed Testing Agreement must be on file with NOCTI containing current site information.

  2. Site Coordinators MUST review the Coordinator Guide for Student Testing/Online Systems Guide and oversee the ordering of assessments.

  3. For specialized programs, all additional requirements must be met prior to placing an order.

Place Your Order:

The following steps should be taken to insure a timely and accurate delivery of testing materials:

  1. Complete ALL fields on the order form
  2. Abide by the order timelines in order to avoid additional charges.
  3. All orders for tests to be administered in the online testing system require a purchase order or credit card information to process.
  4. Review your summary page carefully to be sure you are submitting the correct information with your order.


    5. If your school is part of a statewide testing program managed through a central agency, please verify order procedures as they may differ from non-statewide testing programs.

    Multiple-Sessions: 

    Most assessments can be administered in multiple-sessions which consist of two 90 minute or three 60 minute sessions.  This option MUST be designated at the time of order.  You will be required to designate 1, 2 or 3 sessions in the Sessions column when ordering online assessments.  The three session option is not available for the following titles:  Workplace Readiness (3031, 3032, 3931), Career Skills (1100), Healthcare Foundation Skills (7550) and Virginia’s Workplace Readiness Skills (7577).

    Online Performance Ratings:
    When administering multiple-choice assessments through the online system, performance assessment ratings MUST be entered online. Be sure to order your performance assessments in the Online Assessments section of the order form. For online system details, refer to the Online Systems Guide located on NOCTI’s website.

    Changes to online assessment order details after the order is processed may result in additional charges.

    Online Assessments $18.50 each
    $21.00 set (multiple choice & performance-online performance rating entry must be used)
    Online Pre-tests $11.00 each
    Paper/Pencil Assessments $24.00 each (multiple choice OR performance)
    $26.00 set (multiple choice & performance)
    Paper/Pencil Pre-tests $16.00 each
    Shipping/Handling Determined by # of tests ordered/package weight
    Rush Order Fee 10% of total order, $25.00 minimum

    Return Policy (effective 9/1/06)
    Prior Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact a NOCTI representative at 1-800-334-6283, extension 34. Your site code and invoice number will be required. All returns are subject to a handling fee. Please refer to the complete Return/Refund Policy on the NOCTI website (www.nocti.org).
    Paper/Pencil Orders
    Credit will be granted ONLY if the booklet is unused, sealed and accompanied by an unused (blank) answer sheet and returned within 180 days of receipt. The handling fee is $7.00 per booklet
    Online Orders
    Unused online test user codes may be returned for credit within 180 days of issue. User codes are required to ensure proper credit. Unused performance booklets must be returned when requesting refunds for user codes purchased as a written/performance set. The handling fee is $5.00 per user code.
