Online Testing – Important Reminders

Site Coordinators are responsible for releasing user codes so official scores can be generated. The online assessment system (QuadNet) provides preliminary immediate individual results for written assessments (if this option was selected by the site). Official score reports (Group, Analysis of Scores, and Individual) are provided in the standard turnaround time once user codes have been released from the Client Services Center. Before releasing online user codes for scoring, check the following:

  • Participant Name and ID have been entered correctly (double check spelling as this is how the name will appear on score reports)
  • Participant ID numbers are unique for each participant (do not re-use ID numbers from previous years)
  • Participant Demographics have been completed
  • Performance Ratings have been entered (if applicable)
  • Groups have been created (if using the Grouping tool)

If you have any user codes listed as “in process", please contact the Scoring Department at 1-800-334-6283, extension 215 or 226.

The National Research Center for CTE
‘The Use of Assessment Data’

How CTE educators use technical assessment data to improve program curriculum and identify individual/group instruction needs is of particular interest to the National Research Center for CTE.  How specific types of professional development may have been provided, educators’ perception of the effectiveness of the training and finally, what types of professional development they would consider most effective for the future is vital to improving student achievement.  Findings from the research and insights from the literature will be discussed, as well as implications for professional development that will be created will be part of this unique web seminar.
