ACF Certification Assessment
The American Culinary Federation (ACF) has represented
cooks, bakers and culinary professionals in the United States since 1929.
The ACF has a long tradition of ensuring quality education for the culinary
arts and foodservice professions. In 1984 the ACF Accrediting Commission (ACFAC)
was created to provide quality assurance and oversee accreditation of culinary
arts programs.
NOCTI serves as the assessment provider for the ACF Certification Assessment that is available to all ACF-certified schools. Participants passing the assessment are eligible for certification through ACF.
