The National Occupational Competency Testing Institute (NOCTI) and Education Associates, a leader in curriculum development, employability skills and career education have collaborated to offer a comprehensive Employability and Career Development System. This unique system is a multi-media curriculum and assessment program aligned to the Foundation knowledge and skill statements of the States’ Career Clusters Initiative. The program provides participants with opportunities to gain the prerequisite skills to plan, secure, and keep employment in their chosen field.
After completing a Pre-Test, instruction is provided through detailed lesson plans and multimedia packages. Students then complete a post-test which provides documentation of skills attainment.

This comprehensive workplace readiness curriculum is aligned to the Foundation skills of the 16 clusters and includes:
- An assessment that is based on nationally-validated business and industry standards and addresses over 100 validated workplace readiness competencies
- Customizable lesson plans
- Strategies and assistive technology for differentiated instruction of special needs students
