Perkins IV is about more than just assessment. It is about implementing Programs of Study (POS), articulating secondary and post-secondary curriculum, improving instruction, recognizing student and teacher achievement, and delivering innovative professional development. With 45 years of service to the Career and Technical Education (CTE) community and our Consortium of States, NOCTI provides a full suite of services to help schools and states meet these needs. Our processes meet the rigors of the American Psychological Association (APA) and American Educational Research Association (AERA) and we have helped several of our partners acquire ANSI/ISO accreditation. We are the gold standard when it comes to technical skill assessment and data-driven program improvement.
In collaboration with our partners at NRCCTE, along with ACTE, NASDCTEc, and SREB, we are helping the CTE community prepare for Perkins V.
