Michigan State Program
The Michigan has adopted NOCTI assessments for all secondary CTE completers or concentrators upon leaving or completing the following programs. Assessments are administered through QuadNet™, NOCTI's online assessment system. Online tests can be conducted in one, two, or three sessions. The performance component of the assessment is not required.

Data Upload Tool
Schools administering the Michigan approved assessments have access to the Data Upload Tool for fast, easy assigning of online testing user codes. The tool along with the template and detailed instructions are available in the Client Services Center.
- Site Coordinators will upload participant information at the school level.
- Use uploaded data to ensure the accuracy of participant information and to easily assign online test log in credentials prior to test administration.
