Learn more about the lessons learned from the UK’s apprenticeship model and how collaboration between education\, industry\, and workforce systems can strengthen career pathways and inform future workforce innovation in Pennsylvania.

The session will include an overview of NOCTI certification testing available in Texas through the state’s approved IBC list\, along with MAX Teaching’s approach to using NOCTI results to identify instructional needs\, measure growth\, and implement targeted improvement strategies. \nIn addition to presenting\, NOCTI will be exhibiting at the conference and looks forward to connecting with educators\, administrators\, and partners to discuss how skills validation and data-informed decision-making can support high-quality CTE programs across Texas.
