DESCRIPTION:NOCTI is excited to participate in the Pathways to Career Readiness Symposium\, a gathering of local\, state\, and national leaders focused on preparing today’s learners for the workforce of tomorrow. As students face new and evolving challenges on their journey—whether moving directly from high school into careers or continuing through two- and four-year degrees—this symposium highlights best practices to ensure they are truly career ready. We look forward to contributing our perspective on the vital role that skill validation and certifications play in building strong pathways between education and workforce success. \nNOCTI will also participate in a panel discussion sharing insights from an international study visit to the United Kingdom through the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association (PWDA). Learn more about the lessons learned from the UK’s apprenticeship model and how collaboration between education\, industry\, and workforce systems can strengthen career pathways and inform future workforce innovation in Pennsylvania.
