Recognizing an outstanding CTE teacher or teacher candidate who demonstrates excellence, leadership, and a commitment to preparing learners for career success. Named in honor of NOCTI’s co-founder, Dr. Carl J. Schaefer, this award celebrates educators who continue his legacy of advancing CTE.
