Testing Support
Need assistance during the testing process? Our team is available to help with questions related to test administration, the Client Services Center, and online testing. If you need immediate assistance with a testing session that is currently in progress, please give us a call. For all other testing-related questions or requests, submit a ticket through the “Email Support” option in the Client Services Center. Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.
